What Is Relora?

Relora is a patented extract of Phellodenron amurense and Magnolia officinalis that may help to reduce feelings of nervous tension, irritability and stress due to a reduction in cortisol. Relora has been found to be non-sedating and does not have tolerance issues that some prescription drugs can carry.

Relora and Preventing Weight Gain

Relora has been studied to prevent overeating associated with stress. Relora has been shown to reduce food cravings during stressful times. Researchers noted that the mechanism of action may be though a reduction in cortisol.

Cortisol plays a role in regulating glucose within the body, it's possible that the blood glucose swings associated with stress contribute to overeating or hunger pangs.

Relora and Stress

Relora may help to fight feelings of stress, anxiety and nervous tension associated with high cortisol. Relora appears to support the body during stressful times by lowering excessive cortisol. While cortisol does have a key role in the body it's excessive release due to psychological stress (work, low sleep, life issues, the stresses of everyday life) isn't required.

We recommend assessing the root cause of any stress (psychological or physical) rather than simply relying on Relora to fix a problem.
