What Is Zinc Picolinate?
Zinc picolinate is zinc combined with picolinic acid for superior bioavailability. Zinc plays an essential role in many of the body's enzymatic functions. The human body has total zinc stores of around 2-4 grams, with most zinc being concentrated in brain, kidney, liver and muscle tissue.
